ASSIGNMENT
Try this exercise to identify the appropriate tools to acquire and determine the most effective ways to integrate and automate them.
Step 1: Identify the series of actions a prospect needs to take to complete a process.
Step 2: Do the same, but for your business. These are the opposing actions and assets you need to create to meet your prospects on the other end.

Step 3: Identify key decision points and qualifying markers.

Step 4: Map out the actions and resources needed to get you to each decision point. Include IF…THEN…logic if there are multiple workflows.

Step 5: Research tools that can satisfy your required functions and workflows.

Ideally, it’s better to have fewer tools that can do more, instead of having multiple individual tools for each function.
